Goodman is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Digital Marketing Analyst position. The Digital Analyst will help coordinate digital projects. May include;
Learn current and new systems (such as Marketo) to administrate and train users.
Develop copy, manage development and results of social media content.
Establish deadlines and coordinating internal and external resources required to meet those deadlines
Manage end-to-end assigned digital projects
Identify opportunities to use technology to enhance digital communications
Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of digital media performance data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and indicted actions.
Demonstrated willingness to keep up with current trends and developments in digital marketing.
Develop new ideas and sell these projects to executive team.
Provide support to internal and external end users
Provide Marketing and IT analytical reports to continue improvements with the tools we provide
This person should be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Minimal travel (5%) is expected with this position.
Demonstrated willingness to keep up with current trends and developments in digital marketing.
Self-motivated to come up with new projects and sell these projects to executive team.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidate will spend ample time coordinating information needed to ensure timely delivery of assigned projects for the marketing department
Regular communications announcing project status will be required along with documentation of obstacles or conditions causing delays in projects along with a consensus recommendation for resolution of obstacles causing delays
Candidate will have the ability to work independently to establish team goals for the completion of assigned tasks
Candidate will work with members of cross functional departments and help cohesion between departments to support project deadline goals
Candidate will escalate issues and concerns regarding assigned projects to direct supervisor, department head, and function manager.
Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
Established knowledge of digital marketing strategies and execution best practices
Strong analytical skills (including well versed of Microsoft Excel) and experience reporting and data analysis
Experience with digital technology such as CMS, Ecommerce, Marketing Automations, CRM, PIM, and APIs
Needs to be tech-savvy, collaborative, intrinsically motivated and a continuous learner
Must be able to manage multiple projects and have strong organization skills.
Strong questioning and listening skills, an analytical mindset, business acumen, and creativity.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and execution best practices
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS markup
Experience: 2-4 Years
Education: BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Management or related Digital degree and credentials

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
