Concurrent Production Engineer

Responsibilities May Include:   Work with Sales / Marketing and the customer to comprehend customer requirements. Convert these requirements to engineering specifications. Generate cost estimates based on VOC information and manufacturing capabilities. Create new engineering specifications including drawings, BOMS's and test procedures. Review all proposed product changes. Generate and approve PCN's. Monitor product development in the market and work with R & D engineers on new product development projects. Work with QA to ensure appropriate product testing processes are in place to assure customer satisfaction. Work with manufacturing engineer on programs to improve labor efficiency.   Act as a liaison between sales, manufacturing, quality and purchasing to ensure new products are built to meet specifications.  Develop and manage company wide Engineering systems. Work in cooperation with the Engineering staff as a team to support the manufacturing process. Manage and monitor complaints regarding manufacturing/engineering processes. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:  Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering; two (2) years of product design experience, including product design, analysis and documentation of internal components, in the automotive, appliance, HVAC or other manufacturing industry with focus on management of multiple product launches, including related launches in QIP/CIP products; project plan design, including budget development and management; pursuit of DFM and DFA activities relative to new product development projects related to safety, quality and cost improvement; and two (2) years of experience with design for Six Sigma (DFSS), design failure modes and effects analysis (DFMEA), engineering change processes and AutoCAD, Inventor, and Ansys CAD systems.   ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering; five (5) years of product design experience, including product design, analysis and documentation of internal components, in the automotive, appliance, HVAC or other manufacturing industry with focus on management of multiple product launches, including related launches in QIP/CIP products; project plan design, including budget development and management; pursuit of DFM and DFA activities relative to new product development projects related to safety, quality and cost improvement; and five (5) years of experience with design for Six Sigma (DFSS), design failure modes and effects analysis (DFMEA), engineering change processes and AutoCAD, Inventor, and Ansys CAD systems.  2018-10351

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
