Regulatory Affairs Engineering Manager

Responsibilities May include; Assuring internal personnel are apprised of all current, pending and potential product-related state-based code and regulatory issues. Interacting with internal marketing, engineering and sales personnel to ensure company positions and interests are fully vetted in state, regional and local product-related code and regulatory committee. Working with other departmental personnel to ensure finalized product-related state-based code requirements and regulatory requirements regulatory regulations which affect our products are properly planned for and addressed. Developing and implementing state-based product-related code and regulatory strategy and vision, ensuring such strategy is aligned with product offering strategies. Working with other departmental personnel in obtaining input prior to working with state-based code-body and regulatory agencies in commenting and developing code and regulatory requirements Assist in development and implementation of departmental policy and procedure, related to product compliance. Assist in ensuring adherence to product-related Company Standard Operating Procedures. Review and assess Company's change controls with respect to state-based product-related regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit reports to senior management, as required. Interaction with utility program administrators to work toward issuance of programs that will aid in the increased market of high efficiency products. Assist Director of Regulatory Affairs Offer regulatory evaluation and opinions on due diligence activities and provide regulatory assessment to management, especially on the technical aspects of such federal regulatory energy (DOE), federal environmental (EPA) or federal labeling (FTC) regulations, building codes requirements (such as ICC and IAPMO), state energy and building code requirements (such as CEC), industry association activities (such as ASHRAE and AHRI) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, minimum, 5 plus years of related experience with Bachelor's degree or 3 plus years of related experience with Master's degreepreferred. Strong regulatory knowledge Capable of comprehending written regulations Ability to use good judgment in investigating problems Skill in maintaining cooperative working relations with other personnel Aptitude for recognizing and dealing with priorities. Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels using strong verbal and written communications skills Must have strong analytical and technical writing skills Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected 2018-9937

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
