Responsibilities
May include;
Provide dealer/distributor product training at customer's locations, factory training center(s) or hotel, etc as required.
Development of training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, manuals and CD's/DVD's.
Work with subject matter experts to develop or enhance curriculum as required.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, workshops, etc. and make changes as needed to improve future results.
Remain current with up-to-date product information for all released products.
Assist with the development of master course documentation, manuals, and other learning resources.
Maintain excellent presentation and communication skills
Maintain training calendar and coordinate events.
Work with 3rd party providers to develop additional training opportunities.
Assist customers in resolving product problems via telephone, email or jobsite visit.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Travel to different sites with the U.S some Canada travel.
Qualifications
Qualifications
HVAC degree or certification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field, preferred
Minimum 5 years HVAC experience
Experience with HVAC installation, commissioning, service and maintenance
Experience facilitating product and technical training
Open to traveling within the U.S and Canada as needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
