Responsibilities
May include:
Review and Calculate Dealer Discount, Volume/Customizable rebates, Loyalty claims and reimbursements to Distributors, Dealers, or 3rd Party Vendors according to Program Guidelines.
Submit and track payment requests.
Provide accurate and timely Dealer Accrual Statements and Distributor Summaries.
Review, interpret and replicate terms and conditions of Product Reimbursement Agreements into the Rebate Automation processing system.
Process Loyalty claim submissions for rebate payment; Reviews and analyzes claim pricing results; Administers rebate payments or Dealer credits.
Work with IT resources, Rebate & Marketing team members, and dedicated outside vendors for system automation process improvements, enhancements, and upgrades.
Record, track and monitor status of claim submissions.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding claim submission status; assist customers with claim reconciliation.
Facilitate claims audit and validation with third party claims validation vendor.
Ensure rebate invoices are generated correctly.
Review claims for unit verification.
Perform collection activities for non-payment of rebates and resolves disputes.
Examine claims-level detail to determine outlier claims and possible reasons for rebate disputes. If required, ensures outlier claims are corrected in the claims processing system.
Negotiate dispute resolutions with Distributors, Dealers, 3rd Party Vendors.
Document and track exception payments for rebates as approved by Finance.
Deeply understand our organization's rebate data structure in order to automate and increase accuracy and efficiency of reporting and processes
Develop system solutions to improve timeliness of data and better visibility to decision makers to help them monitor and measure how programs are performing.
Generate sales or ad hoc reports attributed to rebates as needed.
Maintain and manage SQL databases for Rebate, Loyalty, and Dealer Marketing programs databases
Assist in regular quarterly and/or annual loyalty programs renewal analysis and reporting
Provide data and ad hoc analysis to support marketing managers as needed
Qualifications
5+ years
High school diploma or GED equivalent
College Degree preferredExcellent Written & Verbal skills
MS Office Proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Advanced Math (Arithmetic) and problem solving skills
Customer Service centered
The ability to interpret contractual language and rebate structures is required.
The successful candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and efficient.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Visual Basic experience a plus
Understanding of relational databases with experience in SQL or Access preferred
Intellectual curiosity and strong passion for using data to solve problems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
