The Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of engine rebuild technicians at Mustang's Waller engine rebuild branch location.

Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of engine rebuild team Ensure production deadlines are met Monitor shop expenses and technician overtime Perform monthly safety meetings and inspections Open, edit, review, and invoice service work orders Employee performance Address customer issues, concerns, and disputed Communicate the status of repairs to the manager, sales reps, and customers Service Supervisor Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Ag Engineering, System Management, or a related field Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements Previous experience in service department operations Extensive knowledge and experience with Caterpillar 3500, 3600, and C-series engines Demonstrated ability to positively lead a team Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written) with all levels of employees and customers Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing work demands Service Supervisor Strongly Preferred:
