This position will require responsibilities to be performed primarily in Accounting but assistance in Customer Service may be required as well.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, takes initiative, has a positive demeanor, and works together as a team.
We prefer this candidate to have bookkeeping experience while utilizing QuickBooks.
The job function includes but is not limited to the following:
- Deposit checks - Accounts Payable function - Accounts Receivable function - Make copies, fax and filing as needed - Order office supplies - New vendor/customer paperwork completed and on file - Payroll preparation including direct deposit (weekly) - Credit Card transaction entries and reconciliation - HR Function/Compliance - Answer phones and take customer orders - Assisting Board of Directors with occasional small tasks (minimal) Benefits include after probationary period:

Wage will be established based upon experience and capabilities.
This position will require passing a background check.
