Job Description Design Air Systems is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who makes it their priority to provide customer service with a positive friendly attitude.
Ideal candidate must be dependable, reliable, and passionate about customer service.
In this role you will be the first impression to our customers and clients.

This position will directly report to the Office Manager.
Job Functions Promptness of answering calls.
To answer and direct all incoming calls.
Ensure that each customer contact is initiated in a friendly and courteous manner.
Promptness of retrieving messages.
Efficiency level with respect to preparing letters, marketing pieces, and spreadsheets.
Communication skills Timeliness and accuracy of data entry Filing accuracy Answer all incoming calls and route to the appropriate person.
Take messages as necessary Competencies and Job Requirements Working knowledge of the MS Office, Word, Excel is required.
Strong presentation skills are necessary.
Accuracy and attention to detail Communication (Oral, Reading, Writing) Customer Support High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one plus years of office experience.

00/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $20.
00/hr in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Helios's compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
