As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our facility to our guests and patients.
You will be responsible for the entire guest experience.
From initial contact to last minute check-ins, you will ensure our facilities are functioning safely and professionally.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license HS Diploma GED (General Equivalence Diploma) One (1) year of customer service or front desk experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and providing direct calls to guests or patients within the facility.
Responsible for making all guest and patient calls within the facility.
Check-In and - Out of patients.
Responsible for entering all necessary information during patient check-In/Check-Out procedures, including personal information, lab results, lab fees, etc.
Ensuring proper paperwork is completed upon final patient check-out.
Ensuring a positive, friendly, and professional environment is maintained throughout the entire visit.
