is seeking a skilled individual for our Project Manager position at our DTTP - Waller, TX location.
The Project Manager is a key member of the PMO (Strategic Program Management Office).
The position will be responsible for the development and delivery of assigned projects(s) from inception to post loss analysis.
This position will also be responsible for overseeing and reporting on project activities and status reporting through the PMO to the business leadership.
The incumbent will engage across the company ensuring that their program is aligned with and ready to transition according to the agreed schedule.

Responsibilities Assist in the development of development of the Project Plans based on Product Road Map Oversee the development of the project scoping documents and PRD's Leading oversight of the Projects on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team Lead After Action Reviews to ensure continuous improvement in NPD and PMO activities Provide leadership to and manage teams working on projects related to PMO initiatives Help the functions develop and manage OPEX and CAPEX in conjunction with the annual planning cycle Conduct regular meetings with Leadership on PMO status and related issues that need awareness or resolution Represent and ensure alignment with Leadership on direction and intent of project activities of their Program Provide leadership or manage teams that work on projects related to program or PMO initiatives Participates in a series of independent reviews on active projects to review/approve project milestones Leads efforts with defining project scope and timing Participates in a series of independent reviews on active projects to review/approve project milestones Mentors and develops team members to prepare them for greater responsibility within the organization Perform additional activities/duties to support ongoing business needs Nature & Scope:
Effectively completes assignments that do not have complete definition Leads by example and mentors less-experienced team members across the company Assists with improving and streamlining our processes and procedures Effectively collaborates with other stakeholders, like sales or manufacturing, to ensure project issues are resolved from a mindset of company-wide optimization Qualifications Knowledge & Skills:
Understanding and knowledge of Project Management theory and practice Demonstrated application of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with project management Knowledge of refrigeration and/or air conditioning design and application is preferred Knowledge of specifications and tandards used in the HVAC industry is preferred Knowledge of Agile a plus Proficient with MS Office - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills Proven ability to develop and manage critical relationships Ability to influence and collaborate with teams and individuals

BS or BA degree required Advanced degree preferred PMP Certification preferred Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
