The Product Support Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management over Mustang Cat's Waller industrial engine rebuild branch location.

Responsibilities:
o Lead continuous process improvement of operations o Provide profitable business growth o Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards o Continuous employee development o Drive new business opportunities As the Product Support Manager, you will ensure industrial engine rebuild support for customers within the Oil and Gas, Industrial Engine, Electric Power Generation, and Marine markets.
Product Support Manager Position Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Agricultural Engineering, Systems Management, or a related field o Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements o Extensive familiarity with service department operations o Understanding of typical business financials o Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite o Demonstrated leadership abilities to build and maintain an engaged and productive team o Strong customer service focus, with high level of customer interaction o Professional communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and customers o Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism o Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing work demands Product Support Manager Strongly Preferred
Qualifications:
