As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing opportunities within a territory.
This role requires all behaviors associated with a high-performance salesperson, specifically prospecting for new business, upselling within our product offerings, and delivering timely results.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities using internal contact records, business directories, and online plan rooms.
Follow leads from existing clients, attend trade shows and conferences, and answer inbound phone calls.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how the represented manufacturer's products can meet them.
Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term relationships.
Assist customers with product selection, design documents, and construction budgets.
Collaborate with co-workers on project leads, relationships, etc.
Log sales calls, accounts, customers, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM Software.
Analyze and monitor sales statistics, prepare reports, and handle administrative duties such as expense reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans.
