202 Primary Purpose:
Assist with campus 504, RTI, and LPAC programs by organizing, coordinating, and maintaining information and schedules of meetings.

Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills:
Basic and general understanding of special programs (504, RTI & LPAC) Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in desktop operating system, office software and familiarity with google and google resources.
General office equipment and their operation including computers, printers, copy machines, fax machines, etc.
Ability to meet established deadlines.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Customer service oriented and able to work with people of all experience levels.
Detail oriented and multi-tasker.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist campus special program coordinators with organizing 504, RTI & LPAC meetings for students by scheduling and notifying parents, teachers, campus administrators and any other support personnel Organize and maintain 504, RTI and LPAC files on campus by updating information each time there is a meeting or parent correspondence Coordinate with campus special program coordinators to gather required information for all upcoming meetings Send reminders as needed for required paperwork, upcoming meetings, etc.
Organize and continuously monitor 504, RTI and LPAC folders on campus to assure teachers have the most current paperwork on students Assist campus special program coordinators with requesting special program records from previous school district and verifying newly enrolled students Assist campus special program coordinators with sending records to other schools, districts, agencies upon request Assist with entering student data into multiple on-line management systems Maintain a current roster of all 504, RTI and LPAC students on the campus Generate reports as requested by campus coordinators Assist in verifying PEIMS coding Work collaboratively with all departments and personnel Assist campus special program coordinators with copying and disseminating necessary paperwork Adhere to federal, state and local policies and procedures related to 504, RTI and LPAC Attend all required trainings for 504, RTI & LPAC Maintain confidentiality of student records Perform other duties as assigned General Employee Requirements:
